BCF Group 6 is one of the groups of Candlewick & Satin Borders, Corners & Frames: a collection of 10 groups with 7 designs in each group. They are a combination of candlewicking, lacework, and satin stitch. Candlewicking is like French knots done by hand; the knots of each style all look exactly alike.  Each group in this collection has 2 border designs, 2 corner designs, and 3 frames, all different sizes.  The design specs for each of the designs in Group 6 are displayed in the gallery. The frames are good to surround a monogram. A sample monogram pic is in the gallery.  If monogramming towels, remember to use water soluble stabilizer to keep stitches from sinking into the toweling. These look beautiful just stitched on muslin-they make a beautiful baby quilt. One customer in UK used these to embellish linens for her baby’s pram. See pics in the gallery.  She sent me pictures and said she was “over the moon” with this set. These designs are light and airy, but the layers of stitching add dimension, even when monochromatic.
