A. I can supply designs on USB stick or CD. Select your correct format from the drop down box when purchasing. Some sets have more than 50 designs and some files are quite large, therefore design sets must be in a zipped file. I have single designs available for download and soon will have the download option for design sets also.

A. PayPal and credit cards through PayPal are accepted. Go Daddy payments also processes credit card payments. Please be sure you have a confirmed address. PayPal uses the confirmed address to protect buyers from credit card fraud.

A. Embroidery designs are protected under US copyright law, therefore it is illegal to share, copy or sell copies, or distribute electronically from a website or in any other form, designs which you have purchased. I purchase graphics which are copyright or royalty free, because I do not want to infringe on an artist’s copyrighted material. Many hours are spent manually punching my embroidery designs, test stitching, and editing-please respect my work as you would want your own work respected.

A. Because of the electronic nature of the product, refunds are not given. I will replace any defective CD or USB stick once it is returned to me. I would like to have the defective item back so I can evaluate what actual problem occurred. I preview each design in each folder after loading and before mailing, so this problem is very rare.

A. I am happy to do custom work for you. Send a graphic in bmp or jpg to receive an estimate for digitizing. Please be sure your graphic is not a copyrighted work or a trademarked symbol.

A. Shipping in US is USPS Ground Advantage or Priority with delivery confirmation. (Insurance optional)  International shipping is expensive, so for my customers outside the US purchasing designs, please consider free email delivery or download. Custom labeled CDs are shipped in a hard CD case in padded mailer. I do combine shipping so that if one payment is made, only 1 shipping charge is paid.
