Frequently Asked Questions About Our Embroidery Products
A. I can supply designs on USB stick, CD or floppy disk, including a Designer 1-ready disk. See table to the right. Select your correct format from the drop down box when purchasing. Email delivery is available. Some sets have more than 50 designs and some files are quite large, therefore emailed design sets must be sent in a zipped file. Please be sure you are able to accommodate zipped files before you select emailed designs.
A. PayPal and credit cards through PayPal are accepted. Please be sure you have a confirmed address. PayPal uses the confirmed address to protect buyers from credit card fraud.
A. Embroidery designs are protected under US copyright law, therefore it is illegal to share, copy or sell copies, or distribute electronically from a website or in any other form, designs which you have purchased. I purchase graphics which are copyright or royalty free, because I do not want to infringe on an artist’s copyrighted material. Many hours are spent manually punching my embroidery designs, test stitching, and editing-please respect my work as you would want your own work respected.
A. Because of the electronic nature of the product, refunds are not given. I will replace any defective CD or floppy disk once it is returned to me. I would like to have the defective item back so I can evaluate what actual problem occurred. I preview each design in each folder after loading and before mailing, so this problem is very rare.
A. I am happy to do custom work for you. Send a graphic in bmp or jpg to receive an estimate for digitizing. Please be sure your graphic is not a copyrighted work or a trademarked symbol.
A. Shipping in US is first class mail with delivery confirmation. (Insurance optional) International shipping is first class international. International shipping is expensive, so for my customers outside the US purchasing designs, please consider free email delivery. Custom labeled CDs are shipped in a hard CD case in padded mailer. Floppy disks are shipped in bubble wrap and in a padded mailer also. I do combine shipping so that if one PayPal payment is made, only 1 shipping charge is paid. If you are purchasing 9 spools or more, please select the free shipping option when checking out.
